About Hi Definition

There has been a supplement shop at 331 Kirkstall Road since 2005. It has changed hands once in that time. Daz bought it in 2019 and has run it ever since.

Who you are dealing with

Daz owns the shop and is still in it. Will has managed it since 2022 and is who you will usually find behind the counter.

It is a small team on purpose. You get the same faces, they remember what you bought last time, and they will tell you when you do not need something.

Advice first

Everyone who works here trains. So when you ask what to take, the answer comes from people who actually use this stuff, not from whatever we happen to be overstocked on. Ask us before you buy. There is no charge for it and no pressure, in the shop or on the phone.

What we stock

40 brands and more than 650 products online, from the big names like Applied Nutrition, Optimum Nutrition, Mutant and Per4m through to the smaller brands worth knowing about. All official UK stock, genuine and in date. If you cannot find something, ring us and ask.

Online and in Leeds

Order online and we deliver UK wide, free on orders over £60 and a flat £6.00 below that. Or come and see us.
