C4 Original is a pre-workout powder built around 150mg of caffeine per serving with beta-alanine (CarnoSyn), creatine and arginine. This tub contains 60 servings.
Directions: Mix one scoop with 175 to 250ml of water and consume 20 to 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed one serving in any 24 hour period. Contains caffeine (150mg per serving), not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women.
