Combines vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5000 IU and vitamin K2 as MenaQ7 MK-7 180mcg per capsule. 60 capsules.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions: Take one capsule daily with food. Do not exceed one capsule daily.
