Whey Protein Blend 98% (Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)), Flavourings (Milk), Colour (Curcumin), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K).

Directions

Mix one rounded scoop (30g) in 180 to 240ml of cold water and shake until dissolved. Ideally taken first thing in the morning and within 30 minutes before or after training. Can also be added to smoothies, porridge or baking.
