Titan Surge is Pantheon Nutrition's high-stimulant pre-workout. A single scoop delivers a full pre-workout matrix, so there is nothing to stack on top: citrulline malate, beta alanine, betaine (tri-methyl glycine), taurine, sodium bicarbonate, Alpha-GPC and caffeine anhydrous. It is a strong, high-caffeine formula built for experienced trainers. Start with half a scoop to assess your tolerance.
