The Formula DREAMZ Sleep Aid 90 Capsules

DREAMZ is The Formula's night-time capsule blend, combining calming amino acids, herbal extracts and minerals: 200mg L-Theanine and 5-HTP alongside Lemon Balm, Chamomile and Passion Flower, with Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin B6.

Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function and to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. These authorised claims apply to the mineral and vitamin content.

Directions: Take the daily amount stated on the label with water, around 30 to 60 minutes before bed. 90 vegetable capsules per tub.
