The Formula HYDRATE Electrolytes

The Formula HYDRATE is a science-backed electrolyte formula delivering over 2,790mg of electrolytes in a sweat-matched ratio, plus 1000mg of Taurine, with zero sugar and zero calories. It is designed to support hydration during and after training. Kiwi Raspberry and Tropical Burst (180g) are sweetened with stevia; Cherry Limeade (165g) uses sucralose.
