NOVA is The Formula's highest-stimulant pre-workout. It pairs 12,000mg of pump support (8000mg L-Citrulline and 4000mg Betaine Anhydrous) with a neuro-focus stack (3000mg L-Tyrosine, 800mg CDP-Choline) and a strong dual-source stimulant system. This is a very strong, high-caffeine formula for experienced users only: start with half a scoop.

Per full serving: L-Citrulline 8000mg, Betaine Anhydrous 4000mg, L-Tyrosine 3000mg, CDP-Choline 800mg, NeuroPEA 200mg, Juglans Regia extract 200mg, Citrus Aurantium 200mg, Caffeine Anhydrous 350mg, Di-Caffeine Malate 100mg, Black Pepper Extract 10mg.

Directions: Mix 1 scoop with cold water 30 minutes before training. Start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Do not take more than 1 scoop in any 24 hour period.
